Mark Dalton and Jim Enright were Payton's fraternity brothers at the Sigma Chi chapter at Eastern Illinois University. Dalton is an assistant football coach at Lafayette HS and Enright is national sales director for the Fanball (fantasy) Sports Network. Payton was the quarterback at EIU"
