Attention all catchers! Just found the Johnny Bench network on Lockerdome. Check it out and join. Watch the video on the front page. This is who I grew up watching and listening to as a kid. We would all pretend to be Bench when we were playing catch in the backyard. I saw many games at Riverfront Stadium watching the Big Red Machine which included Bench, Joe Morgan, Tony Perez, Cesar Cedano, George Foster and the great hustler Pete Rose. johnnybench.lockerdome.com/

Baseball

Coaching Overview

Coaching Background - Baseball:
Coached youth baseball/softball for 11 years. Each year we've been successful not only in victories, league champs or tourney champs but especially in developing the players love and understanding for the game. We've always measured that by their success, their attitude and their want to return to game year after year.

For the past three years I've been an assistant coach for the 9U/10U/11U AAA Yard Dawgs from Lees Summit, MO. In 2010 the Yard Dawgs finished in the top 6 in the Global World Series held in Des Moines Iowa. We were the only AAA team to make the top Gold bracket which was eventually won by the Mac-N-Seitz Indians one of the top rated 11U Major teams in the country.
