Allen SarvinasI agree, how can anyone not...but, he's on pace for 2.55 ERA 1.05 WHIP (my fav) and 215 K. He's going to miss 1 start and if not for being shutdown, he was only 4 starts from 200 last year.
After typing this, I realized it was "top 25 overall", not "top 25 pitchers". So yeah, I wouldn't take a SP in the top 25 overall even if I knew Darvish would be the next 300 K king, but I do think the Strasburg hate is elevating a little to high.
I'm glad I caught that bc I'm always hating on posts that twist the article. Lmao

Ray FlowersAllen - If Strasburg had thrown four complete games in four extra starts, he still would have fallen short of 200 IP. Also, his K/9 rate has plummeted this year as well, so even when on the hill he hasn't been as dominant.

And Darvish won't get 300 Ks. ;-)
